  • IGP’s fine-tuned process techniques enable the tight sandwiching of the metal and nonmetal filler rings which provides better resilience to the seals to accommodate varying thermal and pressure conditions.
  • IGP developed special machining process and fixtures which are capable of producing burr free seal rings with excellent cone profile accuracy and finish.
  • Our seals can be directly assembled without any further rework.

  • 3” (DN80) to 48” (DN1200) as Fully Machined condition
  • 48”(DN1200) to 78”(DN2000) as Without Machined condition.
Metal Layer Grade Duplex S31803/S32750/Stainless Steel SS316/ SS304/ Monel400/ MonelK500/ HastelloyC276/INCONEL-625/XM-19(S20910) and any other grade as per requirement
Filler Grade Graphite/PTFE, RPTFE (Modified, Glass filled, Bronze filled, Carbon filled, Graphite filled)/PCTFE/Non-Asbestos and any other grade as per requirement
