37 CNC machines, a press shop with presses ranging from 50 - 300 tonnes.
Gas cutting, Pillet cutting, Rough & Final machining, Punching & Plating, and in house electro plating and epoxy coating facility.

IGP Main Factory
Expansive Space
Covering a vast area of 1,20,000 square feet, this facility is divided into four separate blocks, each dedicated to specific activities.
Heritage Block
This is where our shop floor operations take place, including activities such as the lathe shop, bending & welding, and grinding.
Central Stores
As a testament to our commitment to readily available materials, this area houses a raw materials store with exotic materials and alloy material. There's also a separate shearing shop.
Manufacturing I
This block spans three levels and houses the Quality Control Department, Production Control Department, along with a store for rings, slitted steel, and non-asbestos materials. It's also where the production of spiral wound gaskets for exports takes place, with 50 operational machines and a dedicated bundling and dispatch section.
Manufacturing II
Also spanning three levels, this block is primarily for domestic production. It includes the Domestic Packing Section and Heat Exchanger Gasket Division. Here, we manufacture domestic spiral wound gaskets (ranging from 14” and upwards) and (ranging from 0.5” to 12”). Additionally, this block includes soft cut gaskets made of non-asbestos material and a bending & welding section for non-std gaskets.
Casting Foundry
IGP operates a Centrifugal Casting Foundry Division and a full-fledged Heat Treatment Division. This equips us to fully control the entire manufacturing process from start to end, by being precise with every product's mechanical, metallurgical, and chemical compositional properties and delivery schedules. This Casting Foundry Unit has achieved technical approvals from multiple renowned OEMs around the world.
